A framed painted silk victory emblem that hung in the Liberty Loan Cottage at the Old State House. The emblem was made by Ottila Triebel of Hartford and loaned to the Women's Liberty Loan Committee. At the end of the campaign it was to be sent as a gift to French President Raymond Poincar√©.
